Plastic surgery is an excellent assistance for you to become more sophisticated and attractive. If you are only having a very specific procedure completed you might be better off looking for a cosmetic plastic surgery clinic that specializes in that type of procedure. If you are looking to have a variety of different procedures performed it may make more sense to find a good general cosmetic plastic surgery clinic.

When you are looking for the right cosmetic plastic surgery clinic there are several things that you need to take into consideration. The first thing you want to think about is the patient care that each clinic provides. Patient care should start before you even arrive at the clinic. You should have been provided with information regarding your procedure and a general list of things that you need to do before the surgery starts. This can include things like not eating or drinking after a certain amount of time.

The next critical piece of patient care is how the cosmetic plastic surgery clinic prepares you for the surgery. This will include answering any last minute questions that you may have and making sure you are comfortable before surgery. Patient recovery once the procedure is completed is another element of care that should be explored.

Most cosmetic plastic surgery clinics should require a number of postoperative visits. It is important to make sure that during these visits you will be thoroughly examined. This is also a great time to ask any new questions that you might have. Many people worry about things like swelling or bruising and how long it will take to heal after the procedure is performed.

There are risks associated with cosmetic plastic surgery. These can range in severity and it will be important that the doctor at the cosmetic plastic surgery clinic you choose will be able to discuss each one with you. It is necessary for you to understand any risks that you will be exposed to when the procedure is performed. Do not hesitate to ask any question that you might have.

Naravee Aesthetic Center is one of the premier cosmetic plastic surgery clinics in Bangkok, Thailand. With their team of internationally trained doctors and nurses they are able to perform a wide range of plastic and cosmetic surgical procedures. Certified doctors carry many qualifications and have all performed many successful procedures over the years. You can be sure that you will get the highest quality of service at Naravee from the moment you walk through one of their clinics doors and consult with one of their leading expert doctors.

Bangkok is a city certainly well known for its high quality budget hotels with excellent affordable rates. But after the recent government protests which as ceased for now – hotels in Bangkok whether budget or luxury have begun to drastically reduce room rates even more. As a result now is the best time to find hotel deals especially for hotels in the budget range.There is definitely no shortage of hotels in Bangkok. Whether you are on a budget or can afford to splurge, consider staying at one of Bangkok’s many new boutique hotels opening up everywhere overnight.

Just what is a boutique hotel in Bangkok exactly?

A hotel in the boutique class are small though the rooms are quite spacious. Most of these hotels have fewer than 20 rooms, though there are a few with at least 50. But the distinguishing factor between a boutique hotel and a mainstream hotel is the emphasis on hospitality. Since boutique hotels are smaller in stature guests can expect to feel more personal service. Though don’t expect to be pampered as if you are in a 5 star luxury hotel.

Many of these hotels are operated and run solely by Thais. So the room rates are very affordable and are considered in the budget range. And since most of the boutique hotels in Bangkok have just opened recently the property itself is in excellent conditions.

You can find many boutique hotels in central Bangkok such as:

    * Bedrooms Boutique Hotel
* Sacha’s Hotel Uno
* Paradiso Boutique Suites

All of the hotels mentioned above are near a BTS Sky Train station so that most of the major shopping destinations and attractions can be reached easily and quickly.

And if central Bangkok is too hectic and noisy for you then head up just a little bit towards the northeast to Khao San Road.

This quiet little neck of the woods is not far from central Bangkok. Though Khao San road is a popular backpacker’s den in the recent years many hotels have sprouted up:

    * Navalai River Resort
* Boonsiri Inn
* Buddy Lodge

Finally, which ever hotel you are planning to stay in here is one really good money-saving tip. It is best to reserve your room through a licensed hotel booking agency that is based in Bangkok. Such agencies are in a better position of acquiring better discounted room rates since they are contracted as wholesalers with hotels throughout Bangkok, so you can expect to receive 20% to 40% off.

Praya Palazzo is a stylish 17-room mansion with a rich historical background that offers a unique experience for the discerning travelers. Dating back to the ancient kingdom of Siam, the mansion is situated in the heart of Bangkok on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, one of the most significant rivers in Thailand. Ideal for travelers who want to relax while enjoying city life in the oldest part of Bangkok, Praya Palazzo is in walking distance to many historical sites and attractions such as The Grand Palace, The Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn), Chinatown, The National Museum, and Kao San Road just to name a few. Praya Palazzo brings back the sense and lifestyle of the King Rama V period, conveying authentic Thai culture through vision, taste, scent, rhyme and touch.

It is commonly knowledge that many people travel to Thailand to been seen for plastic surgery and for hair transplant procedures. They are known for providing the very best in medical care so they are leading the industry in these areas. However, there are some good and bad issues to be aware of before you head off to Thailand.

Since Thailand offers such amazing health care services, they offer surgeons who have trained in Europe or North America. They are certified in specialty areas including hair transplants. Many of them belong to the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons. They offer the same types of hair transplant procedures as the United States. You can choose from FUE, micro or mini transplants, FUT, or a combination to get the best results. Thailand surgeons do take on other procedures that many United States surgeons don’t including beard transplants and body hair construction.

The process of scheduling a hair transplant in Thailand is very simple. You can fill out the paperwork and then soon be scheduled for the surgery. You won’t have to wait for weeks or months as you do in North America. Probably the most common reason individuals choose to have their hair transplant done in Thailand is the difference in the cost. Almost all insurance companies refuse to cover such procedures so the individual has to pay it on their own.

The cost in the United States ranges from $2,500 up to $10,000 depending on the procedure and the number of grafts to complete. If you chose to do it in Thailand, you can cover the surgery, your travel including hotel and still be saving a considerable amount of money. Many people choose to schedule a vacation in Thailand prior to the hair transplant as an added bonus.

Thailand’s geography is so diverse that you feel like you are traveling to another dimension with every part you visit. The land is so connected to the culture of the people that any tourist will never get bored exploring the many facets of this beautiful country.

The main line of the Mae Khong river originates from Tibet, flows down to China and forms a natural border between Laos and Thailand. Thailand’s rivers flow into the South China Sea from the Mae Khong River delta. Chao Phraya intersects the central region of Thailand, and it flows from the central plains to Bangkok, and then ultimately exits through the gulf.

There are two major attractions in Thailand that one can say are largely due to the natural beauty and geographic relevance of the rivers: the floating markets and the Loy Kratong festival that occurs near these beautiful bodies of water. I’m talking about the floating markets in areas surrounding Bangkok and the Loy Kratong festival at the end of the year.

The best way to really appreciate the excitement that surrounds a floating market is to hire a long-tailed boat for the day. You start off by floating by the Thai homes and gardens that line the rivers then proceed to buy vegetables and fish from the many vendors on small boats along the river. You can cap your morning with a riverside lunch. You can behold the enchantment of watching the sun’s dancing reflection on the river surface and enjoy authentic Thai dishes at the same time.

Loy Kratong is a river festival on the full moon in October. The holiday is related to rituals of old that honor the goddess of the river, or the spirits that protect the river. Thais and the thousands of tourists that come to the event gather along the river or canal and float their “kratongs.”

A kratong is simply a cut banana stem decorated with flowers, folded pieces of small banana leaves and candles. Traditionally, Thais add in a strand of hair, lighted incense and a coin to serve as offerings to the spirits. People light the candles and incenses at the shore and float the kratongs individually.

Every person that floats a kratong does so with the wish for more blessings and a prayer of gratitude for the bounty that the river has given his or her family. New couples usually float one kratong together, invariably announcing to the community that they’re in a relationship.

A favorite spot to photograph is that point where the river leaves the city and goes into the jungle. Watching the solemn parade of kratongs wind through the dark, moon-lit jungle is a sight that burns into a person’s memory.

By the end of the night, the whole river has turned into a winding street of flickering candles and fragrant incense, but the fun is just starting. Part of the whole festival is dedicated to setting off the fireworks and going to the beauty pageants. Massive floats are created to parade the ladies along the length of the river.

A trip along the rivers of Thailand is one of the most enriching and culturally spectacular journeys anyone could make in Southeast Asia. The areas around the Thai rivers are rich in history, culture, and beauty.

Thailand is becoming an ever more popular retirement and choice of country to live with its low costs and beautiful scenery not forgetting of course the world famous friendliness of the Thais themselves. But finding out about the laws governing property ownership here can be confusing. A foreigner can own a condominiums long as less than 40% of the condos or apartments in the building are owned by foreigners. Many people believe it to be 49% although this regulation was an addition to the existing law and was only meant to be in place for one year and has since expired.

A company can own property such as land and a house (and hence the foreigner can buy land and a house via their Thai registered company) as long as no one foreigner owns more that 39% of the company (recently amended from 33%) and total foreign ownership of the company does not exceed 49%.Still ambiguous and under review. The Thai wife of a foreigner can own property (a recently changed legal status due to gender equality in the new 1997 constitution revision), in her name only. This is fine as long as you don’t have marital problems. (The same, of course, goes for a Thai husband, but the law was changed recently for Thai wives due to the new constitution guaranteeing equal rights.)

A foreigner can lease land for 30 years, with an option for another 30 years, the first 30 years are guaranteed they are registered with the Land Department, however the second can be contested. If you gain BOI approval you may as a company is able to buy up to one rai of land. Although this is meant for very large investors. At the end of the day if you are seriously looking to invest in Thailand you should consult a good lawyer who will be familiar with the latest property laws.

The cost of living is always the main concern for most of us. In order to enjoy life after retirement, many people choose to migrate to other countries where the cost of living is much lower. Nowadays, this island has become an international jet-set destination. The international airport is located in the north of the island. There are many schedule flights and chartered flights from different countries in Asia, Europe and North America landing in this island. In the past 10 years, many foreigners have been returning regularly to spend part or all the year in Phuket.

Phuket is the largest island in Thailand. Its size is as big as Singapore. It is located off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. This island is “backed up’ by its rich culture and colorful history. It has successfully attracted many tourists because of its beautiful coastline, spectacular natural sights and a wide variety of sports activities. They are catered to suit foreign tastes and expectations. Almost all types of facilities we have in the city can be found in this island.

Purchasing real property in Phuket is not really hard. There is an important thing you must know. You need to understand the land law in Thailand. In this special island, foreigners are not allowed to own land. However, you have the right to own buildings. The fastest way for you to settle down is through purchasing condominium. You can own luxurious condominiums which come with great facilities. You can enjoy sea view if you choose to buy the unit facing the ocean.

As the internet has come into its own print media advertising seems to be going steadily downhill. The big Sunday newspapers that used to be chock full of ads and pull ads are getting thinner and thinner. Many smaller newspapers have been shut down and others no longer do their own printing, but have it done by other, larger newspapers that are barely surviving themselves. What is the key to success in an internet world for print media advertising? One solution may be what IDG, the technology publishing giant decided to do. Instead of just selling ads for properties it owned, they decided to capitalize on the media’s different niches and the trend toward online advertising and started selling ads for other new media properties. IDG also does a good job helping IDG web sites to grow audiences by taking content and syndicating it throughout the Web to properties not owned by IDG.

This strategy has worked well for a print media advertising company. Peter Longo, the IDG Syndication and Networks CEO, says that currently the company is serving a combined total of 75 million unique readers per month, ads that cover more than 200 web sites. That is up from the 20 million readers served just eighteen months ago when the group was started. The web sites IDG currently work with include Xconomy.com, GigaOm, and Slashgear. There are plans to grow service to 300 websites. That equals almost 750 million ad impressions per month. The most interesting part is that revenue is expected to grow 100 per cent this year. There have also been twenty syndication partners that are on board as well. This has been a successful strategy for the company. The big plus is you don’t have to own all the content you are putting out there. This may be a strategy for others who are trying to expand out of print media advertising on a local or regional level. Probably the hardest thing to do will be to embrace this new thinking and get everyone in the company on the same page.

The successful entry of Thailand’s national sport into the world’s mainstream culture is undeniable with its martial arts popularity and widespread media attention; and why not? Whoever has watched Ong Bak or played Sagat in the popular Nintendo game Street Fighter knows the excitement and thrill of this mixed martial art form. Bangkok boasts of eight major stadiums where you can watch a weekly dose of the city’s hardest fighters in this “art of eight limbs.” Muay Thai is often called the “Science of eight limbs” as the sport incorporates the use of punches, elbows, kicks, and knees which are known as the eight points of contact.

Western boxing only employs the use of fists, aptly called two points; other forms of martial arts use four points, which are the hands and feet. But what can be more exciting than using all eight points of contacts in the body through this age-old martial arts sport? And where better to watch a grueling Muay Thai match than in its country and city of origin? Lumpimi Stadium hosts Muay Thai kickboxing matches every Tuesday and Friday at 6:30, and on Saturdays from 5-8 PM and 8:30 PM. This big stadium is located at Rama IV Road where you can buy tickets from 500 – 1,500 Baht, with the most expensive affording you ringside seats.

Another great place to watch Muay Thai is in Ratchadamnoen Stadium in Nok Avenue. They hold weekly fights every Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 6:30 PM onwards. Tickets also cost the same as with the Lumpini Stadium. There are also other smaller stadiums that host noteworthy Muay Thai bouts, like the Channel 7 Stadium which gives you free admission, the Rangsit Stadium in Prachathipat Road which is also famous for holding girl fights, the Samrong Stadium in Samutprakan, and the Omnoy Stadium in Samutsakorn.
